Customer situation
Our customer owns a 3-bedroom semi-detached house and wanted to keep it well heated during winter while also ensuring it stayed cool during the summer. Their kitchen and lounge had a tendency to get extremely hot between June and September, and from October through to March both rooms were very cold. They contacted Eaglereach Mechanical to enquire about a domestic air conditioning installation but had limited space outside for an outdoor unit and wanted to avoid multiple condensers on the exterior of the house. Wall-mounted units were installed in the open-plan living room, kitchen, lounge, and bedrooms.
Our team installed the system quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption to the homeowner and their family. Once installed, we ran through instructions for the customer on how to use the system from the controls in the house and also remotely via an app on their phone.
